Notes
Variations - (Pathanthara)
1 - sEvimpa rArE –sEvimparE'. According to the dialogue of 'prahlAda bhakti vijayam' given in the books, it is a call for the devotees to worship SrI gaNapati. Therefore 'rArE' seems to be appropriate.
2 - vAgadhipAdi –vAgadhipati - vAgAdhipAdi. As the word is to be split as 'vAg+adhipa+Adi' or 'vAg+adhipati', the usage ‘vAgAdhipAdi’ is not appropriate. According to the meaning derived in the books, brahmA and other celestials are stated to worship gaNapati. Therefore, 'vAgadhipAdi' seems to be appropriate.
4- ghana tarambuganu –ghana tarambunanu
